Exciting and Important Changes

beginning January 1, 2022

Move Physio has been founded on the principles of providing the absolute best care possible.


In the pursuit of excellence in care and to continue as the best provider for complex cases, we are excited to announce the following changes for the new year.

45-min Sessions

Our standard session will now be 45-minutes! This will allow for much more hands-on treatment per session without sacrificing too much scheduling availability.

The availability of 30 or 60 minute sessions will end on December 31, 2021.

Clients that travel long distances or have other special needs, have the option of 90-minute bookings as well. 

Our individual session rates will remain a great value, but we will still be offering discounts through packages and membership to further increase value.

Existing Packages

Clients that have unused, unexpired packages for either 30 or 60-minutes session will not lose any of their investment. 

Once you are ready to book in 2022, LET US KNOW and we will convert the value of the remaining sessions into a new package of 45-minute sessions.

Your new package will not expire until 6 months after the creation date. 

Any remaining value from your old package will be added to your account as a credit - which will be used for any future charges to your account.

Current Members

Clients with either Purple or Black-level Memberships are invited to convert their existing membership to the new Move Physio Membership. 

Active Members will have the initiation fee waived and any accumulated sessions in your membership will be converted to the new 45-minute offering.

To opt-in, you can sign the new Move Physio Membership Agreement.


As always, Membership can be cancelled at any time by submitting the Membership Cancellation form.

**If we do not receive a new Agreement, your current Membership will terminate on December 31, 2021.**

Insurance

As of January 1, 2022, we will no longer be submitting to any insurance carrier...BUT you can still use your Insurance! 

We are happy to provide you with a Superbill, which you can submit directly to your insurance plan for reimbursement. 

Please note: Our services cannot be submitted to Medicare, Medicaid, No-Fault, Workers Compensation or Tricare plans.

*We will continue our efforts with Insurance claims for all sessions prior to 2022.

Our Process:

Consult

  • Deep dive into your history, complaints and previous treatments
  • Learn and discuss WHY previous treatments didn’t work
  • Uncover the true SOURCE of your complaint(s) and HOW they developed
  • Learn realistic strategies to self-manage and self-treat
  • *Identify the systems, structures and functions to be Evaluated*

Evaluation

  • Examine, measure and test the systems, structures and functions identified in the Consult
  • Create the clinical Assessment (your situational summary)
  • Develop the Treatment Plan (what order to treat and how)

Treatment

  • A Pre-test is performed to measure a specific, challenging/painful movement or position
  • Hands-on, integrated manual therapy treatment is performed (based on the eval)
  • A Post-test is performed to highlight the changes from the pre-test
  • Results are measurable - every session
