Consult

  • Deep dive into your history, complaints and previous treatments
  • Learn and discuss WHY previous treatments didn’t work
  • Uncover the true SOURCE of your complaint(s) and HOW they developed
  • Learn realistic strategies to self-manage and self-treat
  • *Identify the systems, structures and functions to be Evaluated*

Evaluation

  • Examine, measure and test the systems, structures and functions identified in the Consult
  • Create the clinical Assessment (your situational summary)
  • Develop the Treatment Plan (what order to treat and how)

Treatment

  • A Pre-test is performed to measure a specific, challenging/painful movement or position
  • Hands-on, integrated manual therapy treatment is performed (based on the eval)
  • A Post-test is performed to highlight the changes from the pre-test
  • Results are measurable - every session

Our Founder:

Dr. Justin Sullivan

PT, DPT, OCS, CFMT, CSCS

Dr. Sullivan has been helping both active adults and young athletes alike exceed their health and performance expectations since 2000. During this time he has received testimonials and accolades from clients and patients in addition to numerous certifications and awards from prestigious organizations such as the Rutgers University, Dominican College, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, Dragondoor Publications, StrongFirst, the Gray Institute, the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association, the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, the Barral Institute and the Institute of Physical Art.

Dr. Sullivan uses his experience in movement rehabilitation and sports medicine with his skills in Functional and Osteopathic Manual Therapy and love of the complex, human-movement puzzle to bring each of his patients an entirely unique approach to their recovery and performance enhancement.

He is truly an expert in the Sports Medicine sub-specialty field of Manual Therapy and functional movement rehabilitation and remains an authority in the worlds of Bodyweight Strength, Kettlebells and Sports Conditioning.
